Under 18 Volunteer Opportunities
We welcome youth volunteers who can assist with a variety of supportive roles, including serving as homework helpers, enrichment activity assistants, and providing facilities and event support. These opportunities allow participants to gain experience, build skills, and contribute meaningfully to their community.

To ensure a safe, organized, and successful experience for everyone, all volunteers are required to complete the following steps before volunteering with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Newport County.

Under 18 volunteers are also required to complete a membership application. Please complete application by clicking the button below.
Any volunteer, regardless of category, will have to complete a First-Advantage Background Check (run via email). Parental or guardian permission is required to run a background check for volunteers under the age of 18.
