Repeat Volunteer

Repeat Volunteer Opportunities

We welcome individuals who are open to committing to two or more volunteer opportunities per year. Volunteers can make a meaningful impact in a variety of ways, including subject tutoring, homework assistance, event support, and facilities or maintenance projects. Whether you’re looking to give back on an ongoing basis or fulfill community service hours, there are flexible opportunities available to support our Club and make a difference.

- Volunteer Checklist

To ensure a safe, organized, and successful experience for everyone, all volunteers are required to complete the following steps before volunteering with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Newport County.

Please complete your online volunteer application by clicking the button below.

Any volunteer, regardless of category, who will be a licensed childcare volunteer will have to get the full workup of clearances: background check, BCI, fingerprints, and first advantage. For more information on background checks, click here.

In addition to a completed background check, all licensed childcare volunteers must complete a BGCA mandated reporter training, and the ability to provide two references.
